General Questions

Do you offer Friday services?

Yes! We are working on 7 days of the week, including Fridays. You could check the Service Providers availability on Fridays directly from the Quick Serve application.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re flexible!

  • You can cancel your hourly cleaning or laundry booking with a 12-hour notice. You can contact us on +971 58246 8800 or via live chat support in the app.
  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment request within 12 hours of your booking start time, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
  • If the service provider waited for 30 minutes on arrival and client didn’t show up, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
  • If you book a visit on a wrong address (created a wrong address, booked on wrong location), and the service is delivered to that location, the visit will be considered executed and will be charged the full visit amount.

What do I do if I need to reschedule my booking?

Kindly refer to the previous cancelation policy question.

If you reschedule your visit within 12 hours of the visit start time, cancellation charges will apply.

Rescheduling before 12 hours of the visit start time will not incur charges.

Why can't I find service providers available?

Service providers maybe fully booked on the day you selected or the area you live in may not be covered by service providers. We continously strive to add more service providers to ensure maximum coverage for all areas.

Is Quick Serve a cleaning or laundry company?

No, Quick Serve is a marketplace platform connecting customers with qualified registered service providers. We bring the best of home service providers to you and provide you with best options to compare pricing, quality and availability of service providers. You no longer need to call or worry about service delivery, quality, or availability any time you wish.

How do I check if I am covering my address with your services?

You can select your area and see which maid service providers are available from inside the Quick Serve application.

Cleaning Service

Can I book the same maid or cleaner more than once?

Yes, you can add in your booking notes the cleaner’s name you wish and the Service Provider will confirm your booking if the cleaner is available. You could reach our Live Chat support available in the application and on the website or over the phone number +974 7745 0491 to ask for a specific cleaner for your next reservation. The support team will check the cleaner’s availability with the Service Provider.

It would be easier to book the same cleaner as a recurring appointment (usually weekly).

Do I need to be home?

We highly recommend that you be present at your home during the cleaning service, however it’s not required.

What materials do I need to provide?

If you choose to provide the materials yourself, we recommend that you get them at home:

  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Wiper
  • Multi-purpose cleaning sprays
  • Polish for general purposes
  • Ground Cleaner
  • Sediment remover
  • Microfiber fabrics
  • Polishing furniture
  • Sponge

Do you supply your cleaning materials?

Some service providers can bring their cleaning materials and that would add some fees to the booking. The cleaning materials availability and fees vary among service providers and could be immediately checked directly from the Quick Serve application.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash or via credit card (to be enabled soon)

What is the price?

Quick Serve provides you with a large variety of service providers and prices. You could choose the service parameters that suits your need and compare the different providers and their services.

Service Quality

How can I ensure the quality of service?

Our providers quality is being monitored and every client’s complaint will be tracked and checked from our customer support team. You may check the average ratings the service provider received from existing customers. You could also rate the service providers on the application or contact us and report any quality problem or other issues you may face, and we will be more than happy to help make it up for you or have the service provider make it up for you!

Can I check the Service Provider rating?

Yes, you can. Each service provider rating is shown inside the Quick Serve mobile application from 1 to 5 stars and this is the average of clients’ ratings. You could view the providers rating in the mobile application when you specify a date and get the available providers on that day.

Can I rate the service?

Ofcourse, after the service is finished, you can go to the bookings section or wait for the “push notification” reminder to rate the service.
