Do you have a cancellation policy?
We’re flexible!
You can cancel your booking with a 12-hour notice. You can contact us on +974 7745 0491 or via live chat support in the app/website at least 24 hours before the specified cleaning date.
If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of the start time of booking, 50% of your booking fee will be charged.
What do I do if I need to reschedule my booking?
If you want to reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before the cleaning date, you can access the live chat support available in the app and on the website.
Why can't I find service providers available?
Service providers may be fully booked on the day of your choice or the area you live in is not covered.
Is Quick-Serve a cleaning company?
No, QuickMed is a platform that connects customers to qualified registered cleaning service providers.
How do I check if I am covering my address with your services?
After you install your location on the map correctly, you can continue to schedule one visit or browse our packages. A pop-up will indicate that we don’t cover your site yet.

Can I book the same server or maid more than once?
Yes, you can add the name of the cleaner you want in your booking notes and your service provider will confirm your booking if the cleaner is available. You can access live chat support available in the app, on the website or by phone number (97477450491+) to request a specific cleaner for your next booking. The support team will check the availability of the cleaner with the service provider.
It will be easier to book a frequent appointment for the same cleaner (usually weekly).
Do I need to be home?
We recommend that you be in your home during the cleaning service.
